Livone

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 28, 2026

At a glance: Livone stores albums, labels, timeline pins, nickname, and history on your device. Signing in sends a device installation identifier and basic device details to our service. When you run Restore, the selected photo is uploaded to a restoration processor. If you allow tracking, an advertising identifier may be shared with Adjust for measurement. Livone does not sell in-app purchases.

This Privacy Policy explains how Livone (“we”, “our”, or “us”) handles information when you use the Livone iOS app. By tapping Let’s Begin and using Livone, you agree to this policy and our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

Livone is a photo restoration and memory organization app for iPhone. You can scan or import prints, run Restore, compare before and after, pin decades, add person names yourself, and keep albums on this device. Support: support@livonenew.com.

2. Information we handle

We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, precise location, contacts, calendar, health data, or microphone audio in order to use Livone.

3. How we use information

4. Photo restoration

Restore runs only when you tap it. Livone uploads the prepared image to an image-editing service at api.vveai.com so a restored picture can be returned. The request includes the image and restoration instructions. It does not include your nickname, albums, or person labels.

The result is saved in the app as a new version. Your imported original is kept separately and is not overwritten. Restore does not charge a fee.

Upload only images you are allowed to process. Do not include sensitive documents or other people’s content without permission.

5. Sign-in, log out, and deletion

Let’s Begin signs you in with the installation identifier. There is no password.

Log Out ends the server session and local session token. Photos, albums, labels, and nickname stay on the device.

Delete everything forever asks our service to delete the account, then removes enhanced copies, originals, albums, labels, and local history from the app. Uninstalling the app removes local files; the Keychain identifier and server account may remain until you use Delete Account or contact us.

6. Device permissions

You can deny any permission. Related features will be limited. Files import does not require Photos permission. Denying tracking does not block Restore or albums; IDFA is not read in that case.

7. Analytics and tracking

We use the Adjust SDK to measure app performance and advertising attribution. Adjust may receive device and attribution data under its own policy. When you allow tracking, we may read the IDFA and send it with the Adjust ADID and attribution fields to our service. We also send anonymous product events such as registration and login.

You can change your choice later in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

8. Purchases

Livone does not offer in-app purchases and does not collect payment card numbers.

9. Where information is stored and who receives it

Albums and organization data stay in the app’s local storage. Session secrets stay in the Keychain.

Information may leave the device when you:

Service providers that process data for us include Apple, Adjust, and the image-editing provider that serves api.vveai.com. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the security of the service.

10. Retention

Local content remains until you delete it, use Delete Account, uninstall the app, or iOS removes it. Device backups follow your Apple backup settings, which we do not control.

Server session and attribution records are kept for as long as needed to operate the account, prevent abuse, and meet legal duties, then deleted or de-identified. Contact us if you want the server account removed and cannot use Delete Account in the app.

11. Your choices

Access, correction, or deletion rights depend on where you live. Because albums and photos are stored on your device, use in-app controls for that content. We will not charge a fee for a reasonable privacy request, and we will not discriminate for making one, except where the law allows a different response.

12. Children

Livone is not directed to children under 13, or under the higher age required in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used Livone, contact us and we will delete the server account we can identify.

13. Security

We use transport encryption for network calls, Keychain storage for the session and installation identifier, and on-device storage for albums. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Protect your device with a passcode or Face ID and keep iOS updated.

14. International use

Our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live, including the United States and other regions where those providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection rules. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.

15. Changes

We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The revised policy will show a new “Last updated” date on this page. If you keep using Livone after the update, you accept the revised policy.
